Fee Schedule & Services Performed

Text Box: As an independent, fee-only registered investment management firm, Juniper Green Asset Management is compensated solely by its clients. For those accounts which are actively managed by the firm compensation is based on a percentage of assets under management. For the review and analysis of non-discretionary accounts a pre-agreed upon charge for services rendered is utilized. The below table summarizes the fee schedule:












For discretionary accounts the new account minimum is $75,000. Wrap-fees are not offered. Clients may elect to pay management fees either separately, away from their accounts, or to have the funds drawn by the custodian and deducted from their accounts on a quarterly basis.

Non-Discretionary account review & consultation services are available on a per hour basis of $175 per hour. 

Whichever service is chosen one can be rest-assured that all services focus exclusively on what you need without introducing financial conflicts. At the outset of our relationship, you know exactly what services we’ll provide and what you’ll pay for them. 

Please note, Juniper Green Asset Management does not accept referral fees or other benefits regarding its recommendation of financial products nor does it participate in soft-dollar programs. At management’s discretion, fees may be modified.

For those clients whose assets are directly managed we provide the following:

 

Quarterly Calls:

You will receive a phone call from Juniper Green Asset Management at least once every ninety days to review your accounts status as well as to answer any outstanding questions you may have. Naturally you are also free to contact us at any time.

 

Performance Reports:

To enable you to easily track your portfolio, a quarterly performance report is sent that summarizes how your investment performed during the quarter. This statement can be sent electronically or through traditional mail.

 

Quarterly Newsletter:

Each quarter we will send you a newsletter that discusses a variety of financial topics that have and / or may impact the financial markets.

 

Advisor & Client Conferences:

We encourage all clients to meet with us no less than once per year. It is our belief that the most successful personal conferences occur in a location where the client is most comfortable. Thus we suggest that all appointments occur at your home, your office, or other agreeable location.

 

Account Access:

You have 24-hour access to your account through your accounts custodian.

 

Client Support:

It is natural to have questions concerning the management of your money.  We are available to answer any questions you might have about your portfolio.  Throughout the year, we maintain a high level of communication with our clients through personal visits, telephone calls, timely reports and personal letters. During client meetings, we review portfolio performance, discuss the economic and investment outlook and plan tax strategies.  In addition, we take the opportunity to re-examine your overall investment objectives as some goals are met and others come into focus.  Furthermore, we send you a detailed investment review quarterly.  This review includes the cost basis of all securities, the current market value, projected annual income, yields, capital changes, a purchase and sale report, and investment performance results measured on a total return basis.  Essentially, we believe good client communication and prudent investment decisions are fundamental to a long-term relationship.
