Juniper Green Asset Management, LLC’s disciplined approach to value investing draws upon the time-tested benefits of identifying undervalued securities with the potential for positive change. Further, our investment selection process establishes ambitious hurdles for new holdings and strengthens the portfolios focus.

 

Investment Selection:

Within each portfolio we seek stocks, bonds and other instruments trading below our fair value or intrinsic value estimates. Market activity is constantly monitored not only to keep a watchful eye on current holdings; but to help identify potential new acquisitions.

 

Fair Value Estimates:

Traditional research and fundamental analysis methodologies are utilized to identify equities trading at a discount. Fair value, or intrinsic value, is postulated based upon assumptions regarding the future market conditions of the targeted equity, as well as the broader markets and relevant national economies.

 

Holding Periods:

A buy and hold strategy is the dominant strategy utilized. However, there are occasions were it is by necessity, either positive or negative, that securities must be sold in shortened time frames.

 

Speculation:

We do not participate in speculative securities.
